- MANAGE TRANSITIONS
- IMPROVE YOUR EFFECTIVENESS
- REALISE YOUR POTENTIAL
The Bridge Partnership
Manage change well
Whether we’re making our first moves into leadership, considering how to improve our effectiveness as a leader, or looking to launch ourselves into a new venture, to be successful, we need to understand ourselves, recognise where we’ve come from and work out where we are heading.
The Bridge Partnership is about creating connections between the now, and the not yet – between who we are now and the person we’d like to be. It’s about understanding our potential and actively mapping out how to realise it.
Through expert tailored coaching, mentoring and spiritual direction, the aim of the The Bridge Partnership is to help you build bridges to safely navigate difficult transitions. The bridge is a safe, reliable structure providing a route across tumultuous waters. But the bridge is not the destination – it’s just part of the journey to becoming the person we want to be.
What we can do
The Bridge Partnership is committed to work to the highest standards of ethics and professionalism. To support this The Bridge Partnership is a member of the Association for Coaching (AC). It also works within the ICF Code of Ethics.
It’s tempting to think that we all navigate through life blindly. But the reality is that we’re each writing a map, charting where we’ve come from and indicating where we’re going.
The aim of coaching at The Bridge Partnership is to help you control your own map, giving you an understanding of your past and present journey, and helping you to set a direction for the future. Coaching offers the challenge to become more self aware, to take responsibility for your own development and to realise more of your own potential.
None of us have all the answers. There is always more to learn, no matter what your sphere or area of expertise. Getting perspective, wisdom and encouragement from those who have gone before us can help unlock incredible personal development and empowerment.
At The Bridge Partnership we can draw on years of charitable sector insight and significant leadership experience to help you step up to the next stage in your career – or life. This kind of direct and focussed relationship can be the catalyst in helping you to not only define, but reach your goals.
Unconsciously many of us have detached our spiritual lives from the realms of work and family. We compartmentalise and leave our faith out of serious business – or even family – decisions. But, we cannot deepen our walk with God without it also transforming our personal and professional lives.
Giving time and space to reflect on, and deepen, our walk with God is a significant opportunity to discover our true, full potential.
There are times when we need someone to come alongside and help us to get unstuck, to help bring a fresh perspective and a step change to unlock powerful thinking. It is our privilege to be able to come alongside business owners and senior executives to help re-ignite their thinking and work through critical seasons of transition and organisational change. Also, to inspire and shape strategic thought, and to bring an injection of fresh energy to raising and equipping authentic leaders.
What we offer
How it works
In practice these three disciplines constantly overlap and many people benefit from a combination of approaches, rather than a single focus on one technique. At The Bridge Partnership we work out these conversations in the following ways.
SERIES OF SESSIONS
GUIDED DAY RETREAT
“Change is situational. Transition, on the other hand, is psychological. It is not those events, but rather the inner reorientation or self-redefinition that you have to go through in order to incorporate any of those changes into your life. Without a transition, a change is just a rearrangement of the furniture. Unless transition happens, the change won’t work, because it doesn’t ‘take’”.
